 Bright lights from oncoming vehicles are a nuisance ONLY if they are not properly aimed. All of my cars have seriously intense headlights, and they are most definitely NOT annoying.

well in  the 60's i was always   driving beyond the  capabilities my head 
lights , now bright lights are a nuisance to me from  oncoming...so i dont 
drive much after dark now.
BUT i also upgraded my tailights on the FC recently with very bright LED  
units i made up, and plan on the same for the cars...just to keep things  
rollin....(another very long story.)
