I've done a similar conversion, 110 heads on an RN.  It worked fine, I  
didn't do any stopwatch or G-Tech tests, but the car had adequate  
power for driving on the highway with a full load.  One other thing -  
a Corvair you can drive is generally more fun than one you can't :-)
