David,

I can't speak for overseas mail, but I get every issue almost exactly  
the same time, very early each month, year after year.

Communique delivery seems to be much better than it was years ago,  
thanks to hard work on the part of Harry Jenson and/or Mike McGowen  
who have worked with the US Post Office to make this happen.

Besides getting the Communique, you will have the satisfaction of  
supporting CORSA, which makes much of what we know as the Corvair  
hobby, possible.
