Ray,
I put a 15 amp fuse in my lighter lead. 

I have the correct crimp for the rear of the lighter "peg". I think I have a
spare insulator "cap" too. I also have a few spare fuse blocks. If you send
me your mailing address, I'll send them to you so you can fix it. I will do
all the crimping so all you will have to do is strip the lighter wire and
crimp on the new "tail" with my provided but connector. Do you have an
insolated crimp tool?
