When the hot unfused turn signal wire shorted out in my 65, the breaker
tripped, but not before it destroyed the harness.  I guess I should have
called it my formerly unfused turn signal wire.

It's not clear if 40A will be drawn through all that.  It depends on the
size of the wire, the connector it goes through, the wire size in the
harness, etc, etc.

No one has reported stalling the engine while smoking the appropiate wire,
so I kinda wouldn't bet on it.  Plus, to blow the 40A breaker takes more
than 40A, and some patience (additional time).

Still, it's the thought that counts <g>
