Since in 62 the gas heater was a dealer option, you could buy any 62 
you like of any body style and put in a gas heater and not offend 
even the stock purists.  There is no way of knowing if a car came 
from the dealer with gas heater or not, and no 62 came that way from 
the factory.  It is not very hard to add a gas heater, just time 
consuming,  All the block off plates can be faked reasonably.  And I 
love my gas heaters on a cold morning.  E
