<VV> Communique, Print vs. Electronic or Both Suggestion

I'm not sure why this keeps coming up as an option.  The survey less than
two years ago showed CORSA members overwhelming want a printed Communique.
Some would like both a printed and electronic version, but very few members
want only an electronic version.
