Because everything else checks out it would seem that you've isolated it  
as an intermittant problem in the turn switch.  My Greenbrier had the  same 
problem.  By cleaning and "re-tensioning" the contacts I got by for a  couple 
of years, but the final fix was a next turn signal switch.
