<VV> Rolling fender lip

     Eastwood makes a tool that bolts to the wheel studs and has an arm with a wheel on it that you can extend out and roll the lip.  the Tool is about $200 as I recall.  They have recently developed another tool that is somewhat like a padded pair of big pliers that you use to "squeeze" and bend the lip.  I think that tool is only $80.
