IT OUGHT TO BE 500-1000.00.  If chapters want to keep non-CORSA members on their roster, they should pay dearly for that privilige.  

Will CORSA put it's foot down?  Or just continue to financially re-arrange the deck charis on the Titanic so they don't lose members who don't pay?
