<VV> Membership Both Ways

I wonder how many members this kind of e-mail will drive away.  I think 
it's time to start hitting the delete button.

Why are you worried about members of chapters who pay dues to  the chapter 
but refuse to pay to the national?  Seems awful arrogant  to me.
