I don't know if we have one, but if you're good with a caliper:
go to www.steelerubber.com
from the homepage click on "Order Online---Find Your Parts"
Bottom right corner of the page click on "Universal Parts"
Then click on "Round Grommets" 

The chart will show our grommets by Sheet Metal hole size/OD/Dia of center hole"

Give me a call if you see anything you think may work.
