Bill is right. After thinking about my statement of moving the "ground" 
wire of the side marker bulb to the turn signal hot wire, this will also 
make the side lamp blink when the lights are off and the turn signal is 
activated, as the side lamp will ground through the lighting circuit. No 
need for the relay.
