I have a Stewart-Warner model 82682 direct mechanical tachometer, 3" dia 
X 4" long; for direct measure on rotating shaft; 0-4000 RPM either CW or 
CCW (it has a rubber cone that you hold up against whatever you want to 
measure rpm for) that I found in my moms house.  Like new - but it's 
excess to my needs.   .  If anyone is interested, drop me an email and
