Exactly!!
Maybe, at every chapter meeting, (or a couple times a year or even once a year) the benefits of joining CORSA can be discussed. Not in a "Us against Them" but a kinder, gentlier why I joined CORSA or what CORSA does for our chapter.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't  chapter members that  don't belong to 
CORSA be prospective CORSA members? In the past they have been  called 
freeloaders and blood suckers. Is this a way to attract them? Me thinks  we need 
to re 
think this way of recruiting new members.
