Sorry guys, but this "dial-up" internet thing is an overplayed argument...jump in your Corvair and drive to the library - last time I checked they have computers and everything!

Besides, the added corvair exposure is actually a great promotional by-product, you'll have fun in the process, and you might even qualify for a tax deduction citing your efforts to promote a non-profit group...hmmm, and after seeing yours, you might even interest someone else into buying a corvair, then joining a local club, and then maybe even CORSA.........

Regardless of whether the online communique' idea is an ultimate solution, with all due respect, the technical restrictions of a limited few should not be a justification to withhold progress from the many...let's turn the negatives into positives and move forward.

Mark and I only agree once and a while, but we do on this.  I thought the
survey earlier this year pretty much ruled this out.

Online Communique? Oh Gawd NO! A thousand times NO, NO, NO!!!

I am on dial-up and just yesterday a friend sent me a post with three
pictures attached. It took an hour and twenty minutes to download. You
think I'm going to spend the hours (maybe days) downloading the CC off the
net? Are you mad?

Besides, no printer I know of, or could afford, could print it out as nice
a copy as what arrives in the mail. Slick paper, beautiful pictures, all on
a full-sized folded, stapled magazine. Just TRY to duplicate THAT! Yea,
right. You can take your clunky "download of the net" idea and
you-know-what with it. If it ever came to being forced to get it off the
net, I just simply wouldn't. Even if I DID have the highest speed
connection possible.
