I do a fair amount of A/C work, and one lesson I've learned is NEVER buy a 
reman (rebuilt compressor). New one's arn't that much more (if any) if you 
know where to look. I've used E-bay lately, just type in 'A/C compressor' in 
the search box, and the world is at your fingertips. One manufacturer is 
Seldain (sp) that I've used and seem to last.

I've also used ACKITS.COM
