<VV> Repairing Rear Panel Section under Battery Case - 1962 Rampside

Hello:
    Just under the battery compartment in the  lower rear panel, I have 
found much rust and damage.  I am open for  suggestions or recommendations of 
repairing and/or replacing this
particular section of my 1962 Rampside.
