They are standard R-12 fittings. Available at any heating-A/C supply 
house. Now whether they will sell to the public... Also probably 
available at a good FLAPS, and they will sell to the public. Just not 
the R-12.

Any set of R-12 gages should screw on. The valves inside the fittings 
are standard short Schraeder valves, like in your tire valve stems.
