Try MMO - Marvel Mystery Oil - (in the crankcase and the fuel tank) and
drive the car a couple hundred miles in one stretch. If it IS gummy rings,
you should start to see improvement by then.

Subject: <VV> Ring problem?

I have a 1966/140 I have been noticing when I am at operating temperature I
have blue smoke out of the drivers side exhaust. The car has sat for many
years before I got the car. I am thinking a stuck rings or ring. I am
thinking there is no quick fix to this problem but would like to see if
anyone has any other idea what may be causing this and how to fix this
problem. Thanks Steve Till
