Like any old car buy one completed and save you from aging yourself a few
years unless you have great skills, unlimited time and of course money!!!
Don't ask me how I found out this great idea.

Yeah, but what happens when you try to put that LS power into a 'Vair  
transaxle?  The expense of using a Porsche box or something else would make
the 
215 seem cheap; and the 215 wouldn't destroy the 'Vair transaxle.
