I suspect that you also have considerable wind and that you might be better 
off with no cover on the car while stored in the car port.  I'm thinking in 
terms of paint damage from the cover blowing around on the car body.

It is a little early, but I like to plan ahead. I want to store my 63 vert 
for the winter. It will be in a car port closed in on two sides. Sheltered 
some on a third side with bushes. We have pretty severe weather here in the 
Dakotas. Now my question. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced car cover 
to be used in these conditions?
