Perhaps it does! Typos happen all the time in manuals. That would be the 
brake specifications of a Chevy Nova, around the same year.
in fact, Chevrolet engineers just used the existing Nova brakes, and 
installed them on the Corvair, reversed.

They are reversed, since the rear of the car is so much heavier than the 
front. Just for the heck of it, go out and check your own car.
