No help withthe carb, but thewheel is easy. This requires some carefull planning. 

Jack up the car and be sure the car is stable. loosen up the wheel nuts a turn or so. Start car, put in gear, get the wheel to turn, slam on brakes. This should loosen the wheel enough.

WARNING, BE SURE YOU DONT HAVE POSITRACTION AND THE V.
CAR IS VERY STABLE WHEN JACKED UP OR ELSE YOU COULD HAVE A VERY BAD  DAY
 
PS what is secondary on the carbs???

Hey there- I just bought a 64 monza sedan in decent shape- having trouble with carbs- gas overflow on secondary- i try to start her up and she spits out of the top of carb. any ideas? also- my rear driver side wheel rim is stuck to the hub- slide hammer maybe? thanks- first corvair
