<VV> Battery Charging

It's a Harbor Freight.  I haven't found my battery charger since the move,
so I though I'd give it a try.

It depends on the design of the battery tender, but the ones I use will 
not charge a dead battery... at least not in my experience with them. A 
trickle charger might (and some manufacturers market trickle chargers as 
"tenders").
