<VV> Ultra Numbers

Ultras were built BEFORE the VIN numbers were required. They have a
three digit serial number on a foil tag in the door frame.

Ed's problem is that someone faked a VIN by using the engine number and
the engine was removed at some point before he purchased it. His only
way out is to put the old engine number (the number now on the official
Certificate of Title) on some other location on his coach.

I sent him a pm with a viable solution, but it's not one I'll post
publically. :-)
