<VV> Rally in Southern Ohio; probably NO CORVAIR

A group of young people, that remember the SCCA Pro Rally in Southern Ohio,
are trying to get stage rallying back to the area. The local state forest
managers are all for it, but they have run into a  roadblock at the state
level.

Please sign the attached petition, if you are so inclined. It only takes a
minute. Hopefully the petition will change some opinions in Columbus.
