<VV> My Corvair 50th Anniversary

I spent a good portion of the day at the Ypsilanti Heritage Museum, home of the Corvair Preservation display.  Several Detroit Area CC members prepared those fabulous '50th' coins many of your ordered!  The post office placed a special cancellation on each one on site and then they were shrink wrapped and placed in the post for delivery!  Watch your mailbox!

Then off for a Saturday steam train ride 'double headed' by a pair of Berkshires ... And Sunday spent most of the day with friends in the NCRS [National Corvette Restorers Society] for a rainy fall color tour which included a great lunch :-)
