I would think that most CORSA membership inquiries from the other side of 
the world, these days, come through the internet.

In that manner, they have access to the online version of the Communique 
through the CORSA site.

If they want a mailed version too, I don't want to speak out of turn, but I 
suppose those arrangements could be made,
as long as the remote member was willing to pay for any extra postage and 
handling.
