Several years ago I wrote an article which got published in a classic car
magazine here in Canada. The article was called the "Marvellous Mythsterious
Corvair" and documented the common myths. 

I deleted the original email so if the original requestor wants a copy, drop

Someone on the list had an eloquent comeback to a lady who accused him of
driving an illegal car that flipped all the time.  Something about having to
go out on the driveway each morning and flipping it back up on it's wheels
before he could drive it.
