<VV> LM Idler Arm Torque Specs?

UPDATE: Thank you everyone who forwarded advice. I stopped at a shop this
afternoon and had it put up on the rack. They torqued it to 30-35 ft-lb and
slipped in a cotter pin. I can't believe how much less slop and play there
is.
