<VV> Replacing FC Ventilator Window Weatherstrip

Hi Ron,

Under the rubber on the top of the frame are two rivets that hold the top
side of the pivot.  Drill those out, install the rubber and then put in two
pop rivets to replace them.  19 years and mine is still holding firm and the
seal is still working great.

rubber.  Should the pivot rivet be drilled out so the window can be removed
or does one cut the super >expensive weatherstrip on the inside so it can go
