I'm not sure there is such an animal. At the risk of repeating myself, but
in the hope of the message getting to the BoD, I'd be happy to be taken off
the print copy mailing list and received an electronic copy only. CORSA
saves printing and postage, and I get fast delivery that I can blow up to a
larger side for convenient viewing and easy archiving.
