I'll second Tom on this one.  I find the difference between a decent pedal
and a super solid one is getting those last few bubbles out of the M/C, and
you can only do that when it's on the bench.

The MC I just bought from CarQuest came with a bleeding kit (fittings,
tubing, nifty clip, and rubber caps that fit over the nipples of the
fittings). Once I finished bench-bleeding, I carefully removed the hoses
from the nipples and quckly popped on the caps. No mess, no fuss.
