<VV> turbo smoke

MIGHT be gas build up in the turbo , then it picks it up when you hit the  
throttle. usually too low idle speed causes this.
pick up the idle to spec to cure it.
otherwise the seal or / and ring on turbo shaft might weep oil in the  
exhaust side then burn it off when upping rpm. the smell of hot raw oil from  
this is different than oil that has gone thru combustion.  is the smoke  gas? 
or oil?
PCV working ok?
