Sorry to hear about Dave's loss.  One solution is to do what Ralph Nader
said all Corvairs do.  Just roll it on the roof when parking!
It will take the thief too long to roll it back on its wheels so he will
pass it up and move on to the next car.
Or keep an angry pit bull in the car.  The thief might get the car like Ken
Pepke mentioned but when he opens the door, Payback!
