I suppose if the prerequisite for working there is that it was clean, then 
yes, of course.  I'd eat there too.
Then again, once you're there and discover their "secret" would you quit ?

I did, when I worked for Ma Bell way back, and was embarrassed to work with 
the kind of people whose job the union protected, so I quit, only to find a 
more respectable career and became a teacher.
I won't go into that, except that I taught high school for 10 years from 
2005  to 2006 (in San Bernardino, CA).

Not everyone holds that same standard for taking, or keeping, a job as your 
sister, and unfortunately some people need to work for someone who will pay 
them, which is the typical standard especially in today's job market.

If only everyone could afford to be so selective !
