<VV> Newfangled 'ring compressor' updated (again)

Good points made by all, but the deal breaker is the thinness of the oil 
rings that get hung up on the edges with the ring compressor.

It may be 'operator error' but I could have rebuild a dozen engines in the 
time I've taken to finesse these ~ and still have not succeeded !
