So, bid $3801.00 but "forget" to enter the "." decimal point, then say 
"Oops!" ?

Does a retraction require a subsequent "corrected" bid, or does it allow you 
to simply say "I changed my mind" ?

You could possibly "win it" for $3802 though ?
