Not to pat myself on the back too much, but I thought you would all
appreciate knowing that the 1st place winner in the truck division of the
Texas Classic Car Show held at Rudy's BBQ on 183 (Austin, TX)  was a 1961
Corvair Rampside Pickup owned by yours truly.  It was a really awesome
surprise for me, since there were a lot of very nice trucks there.  The
event was great.  There were a couple hundred vehicles there and a pretty
large crowd, even though we were competing with the Austin City Limits Music
Festival.  The event raised a lot of money for the Make a Wish foundation.
