I have to concur with Mark. I've been using 10% ethanol in everything since
the mid-70's w/o problems. I believe some people are just looking to place
the blame on ethanol for convenience. Perhaps the manufacturer used poor
quality parts or workmanship. Just a thought. The oldest vehicle I used 10%
ethanol in was my '55 Thunderbird. Sadly, I sold that car just before the
prices skyrocketed on the early 2 passenger T-Birds. (-:
