<VV> No compression in #3

Pull the #3 cylinder off the engine and check for broken rings.  I bought a
Corvair once that had only 30 pounds compression in one cylinder and it was
broken rings.  No damage so I just put two new compression rings on that
piston, slipped the barrel back on and it lived happily ever after.  A
previous owner had put a new head on thinking that was the problem.
