<VV> 1960 #188 most likely found!!

Is he SURE about the VIN being 188? Does he know how to read the Corvair
VIN? If he had taken a picture of the VIN plat that would have been helpful.
I tries to see the horn slots but could not see them in the picture he took.
Would be interested to see if it really was that VIN number.
