Bill,

By "cat" you mean a catylitic converter? You put it just behind the muffler? Do 
you notice anything different about the smell of the exhaust?

Mark:  Here is a short video of the cat on my Vair.  It sticks out a bit, but 
overall doesn't look that bad.   And it does the job.
