<VV> 1/4" drive torquewrench to install connecting rods - really ?

Charlie, Matt's figure of 300-320 inch pounds puts the torque right in
the middle of the allowed range, a good place to be. 300-320 inch
pounds is 25-27 foot pounds. Not much but its all it needs.  If you go
more you could distort the Rod so the rod bearing would be out of
round, so don't.  Mark Durham


Book calls  for 22-29 FT. LB.
