I'm not sure what you're trying to do? Are you leaking fluid at the
bellhousing/diff junction? What kind of fluid? Auto or stick?
Or are you thinking of re-sealing the engine and transaxle, as in replacing
all the gaskets and seals?

Just what is involved in sealing the engine and trans/dif? Do they have to
be removed from the car? Are there any other "While we're in this mess"
things that should be checked/ done? Yes the car marks its territory.
