<VV> self adjusting brakes

If I remember correctly, 1963 is when the whole Chevy line got self
adjusting brakes, transistor radios and alternators.

Our 63 Chevy II had all 3.  Our 62 Corvair 700 coupe had no self-adjust, a
tube radio and a generator.
