Funny you should say that.
One of my local guys has a Deserter GS. When he bought it he tore it down 
and inspected inside things with that very "tool". His day job is as a 
physicians assistant so, he had access to them.
Yes, that's the first question I asked too!
Don't worry, it was an old one that was phased out.
