Help,
When installing new long stud bolts into the block I had one that bound up and adding a bit more muscle to it the bolt snapped off about 1.5 inches from the block. Any ideas on how to proceed with removing this. The new ones are .003 oversize from Clarks. I did have another one bind up and was able to get it to back out.
