I used one for years with success. They were supposed to be better  
because they have springs and were supposed to apply the power a bit  
smoother than a Corvair disc.

The last time I had my drivetrain out, I put a standard disc in, one  
of the super duper severe service street carbon fiber or whatever  
discs from David Herrin. It works fine too and seems like a very nice  
disc.
